How does Discord role sync work?
When your subscription is active, our bot grants the supporter role for your tier. If you cancel or your payment fails, the role is removed automatically. You can also trigger a manual re-sync from your dashboard.
What if I cancel?
You keep your tier benefits until the end of the current billing period. After that, the supporter role is removed and you can re-subscribe any time.
Can I change tiers?
Yes. Use the Customer Portal from your dashboard to upgrade or downgrade. Stripe will prorate the difference.
How are refunds handled?
Reach out via the Support page within 7 days of a charge and we will work with you. We follow the laws of the buyer's region for any mandatory refund rights.
Do you sell my data?
No. We only store what is needed to run your subscription and Discord role: your Discord ID, public profile, and Stripe customer ID.
