We collect the minimum information needed to sign you in, manage subscriptions, and sync Discord supporter roles.

Data we store

• Discord ID, username, global name, avatar, and (if granted) email address.
• Stripe customer and subscription IDs. Card details stay with Stripe.
• Plan, billing status, and Discord role sync history.
• Basic admin audit records for security and support.

How we use it

• To authenticate your account with Discord.
• To grant, update, or remove supporter roles.
• To show your dashboard, invoices, and subscription status.
• To investigate support requests or abuse.

• Discord (authentication and role sync).
• Stripe (payment processing).
• MongoDB Atlas (data storage).
• Fly.io (hosting).

Retention

Role sync logs and audit records are automatically removed after 90 days where practical. Subscription records may be kept longer for accounting, fraud prevention, and legal reasons.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, or deletion through support. Deleting your account removes active supporter role grants where possible, but Stripe may retain payment records under its own legal obligations.
