These Terms explain the basic rules for using Ancient Echoes. By signing in, subscribing, or using the platform, you agree to them.

Subscriptions

Supporter tiers are billed by Stripe on a recurring monthly or yearly basis. You can cancel, update payment details, or manage your subscription from the Customer Portal. Benefits normally remain active until the end of the paid billing period.

Discord benefits

Supporter roles and related Discord perks are tied to the Discord account used at sign in. Role sync may take a short time and can be retried from your dashboard.

Acceptable use

Do not abuse the platform, bypass payment, attack the service, or interfere with other users. We may suspend access or remove benefits when needed to protect the community.

Refunds

Refunds are handled case by case through support. Mandatory consumer rights in your region still apply.
